Objective Manufacturing : Quality and delays !

We know that the delivery speed is a main quality for a manufacturer. To win this bet, ACFRI has given itself the means.

Over 5 millions euros were invested by the family business located in Bondoufle (France) to have an industrial tool of over 5 000 m² in response to the technologic challenges of the future years.

Extension of the historical site

Pierre Josse street, the manufacturing workshop has been extended with a new building which is over 1 000 m² fully dedicated to the sheet metal work.

Automatic paneling line installation

The Factory range of machines has been enhanced by the installation of an automatic line of loading / punching / folding.

Real technological jewel, this new range of machines increase significantly the manufacturing capacity.

Acquisition of a storage building

Bought in 2017 the building on Madiot street allows ACFRI to enlarge the site and to open a second delivery point.

This new activity building allows the Blast Chilling and Deep Freezing specialist to have a storage for all its production.

And with all these efforts ACFRI is now able to annouce a ready-to-go bunch of machines of 20 current references.

ACFRI’LAB, a versatile space entirely connected and equipped.

In a real kitchen with oven and extraction, ACFRI cells (Roll-in and Reach-in) are installed in real conditions of working (remote condensing units) with all the regulation and traceability proposed by the manufacturer.

The Simply’Touch’, the tactil revolution of the Blast Chilling and Deep Freezing cells, the Visu Touch’ HF, wireless probe solution, the ACFRI SOFT software of tracability : all these news are available to realise human sized tests and efficient trainings.

The occasion for ACFRI to complete their customer space on their website with a bunch of tutorials videos and FAQ.

A training planning using live video calls for a better service offer and to improve the handling of the systems.

2017 Extention work

Our ESR approach (Environmental and Social Responsability) starts since the design of our blast chillers and tunnels. Our ESR policy includes a selection of our partners according to their ESR commitment.
We apply the GreenTech logic : "Each new product developed must be better than the previous one in terms of savings and ecology".

The new environments imperatives imply an adaptation of the equipments to the new design standards. ACFRI, which is the partner with the major actors of the market, set up a technical and operationnal compatibility study of their equipments with all of the refrigerant & condensing units of the market.

CO2 Compatibility

In exclusivity, ACFRI announce you (in option) a range of Blast Chillers and Deep Freezers « CO2 compatible », with a 45 bars pressure and since June : Service pressure of 80 bars !

New GWP 150 fluid compatibility

ACFRI has the objective of being the first French manufacturer to offer a range of very low temperature cells fitting with new generation refrigerants.

The investment for the ACFRI’LAB’ is a strategic decision to test in real conditions the performance of our equipments with this new solutions.

ESC – Energy recovery, profitable options

Involved for several years in eco-design and sensitive to environmental issues, ACFRI has developed its offer of refrigeration units to offer solutions for eligibility for EEC certificates.

A real economic opportunity for our users, these devices allow a reduction in consumption and financial support for their investment.
