rapid cooling and deep-freezing cells using vertical tube evaporator technology.<\/p><p>This technology offers many advantages:<\/p><ul><li>Vertical homogeneity of fluid distribution using the multi-sheet principle.<\/li><li>Limiting the number of bends and welds (reducing the risk of leaks)<\/li><li>Vertical ventilation with lateral air flows<\/li><li>Pivoting fan door allows the rear of the fans and evaporators to be cleaned from 3 sides.<\/li><li>Ultra-short defrosting with forced ventilation for evaporator drying<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div without<br \/>risk of products freezing too quickly.<\/p><p>Ventilation and temperature are uniform over the height of the trolley, so products at the top of the trolley reach the end of the cycle at the same time as those at the bottom.<\/p><h4>Air flow temperature<\/h4><p>The principle of blast chilling and mechanical freezing is based on the temperature difference between the product and the blown air. The greater the temperature difference, the shorter the cycle. In both rapid chilling and deep-freezing, a cell must therefore be capable of producing a negative blast temperature.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element For these situations, ACFRI has developed a high-performance ventilation system.<\/p><p>Ventilation is provided by a double air circuit on each side of the trolleys.<\/p><p>This device can be combined
