Our factory: Performance and responsiveness

Based in Bondoufle (Essonne), ACFRI has invested more than €5 million to modernise its 5,000 m² industrial facilities. The historic production area has been extended to include a 1,000 m² building dedicated to sheet metal work, and an automatic panelling line has been installed to optimise production. The acquisition of a storage building in 2017 has increased logistics capacity, ensuring the availability of more than 20 references ready for dispatch.

Demonstration and training objective: understand, see and use for better control

ACFRI'Lab: Innovation and Training

ACFRI'Lab is a multi-purpose area equipped with an application kitchen with oven and extraction. Here, ACFRI blast chillers are installed in real-life conditions, incorporating regulation and traceability systems such as Simply Touch', Visu Touch' and ACFRI SOFT software. The laboratory is used for full-scale testing and effective training, backed up by video tutorials and videoconferencing sessions.

ACFRI LAB' is a fully equipped and connected multi-purpose space.

In a real application kitchen with oven and extraction, the ACFRI blast chiller (reach in and roll in) are installed in real operating conditions (remote refrigeration unit) with all the regulation and traceability systems offered by the manufacturer.

The Simply Touch',the blast chiller's tactile revolution, the Visu Touch radio probe solution, the ACFRI SOFT traceability: all these new features are available for full-scale testing and effective training.ACFRI has also added a series of FAQ video tutorials to the customer area of its ACFRI website.

A schedule of live training sessions and videoconferences completes the service offering to help you get to grips with the systems.

Commitment & Environment: A Responsible Approach

ACFRI incorporates a CSR policy right from the design stage of its equipment, selecting its partners on the basis of their environmental commitment. The company adopts a GreenTech approach, aiming for each new product to be more economical and environmentally friendly than its predecessor. ACFRI offers cells compatible with the new low-GWP fluids and CO₂, and offers solutions eligible for energy saving certificates (CEE), enabling a reduction in consumption and financial support for users.
